No need to worry about your pet while you are at work or on vacation. You are in excellent hands with Dog Camp LA. Our goal is to deliver the personal attention your pets need, when you are unable to. The independent pet professionals in our network offer cat care, private and buddy dog walking/hikes, dog park/playcare/socialization/beach trips, and pet transportation. These highly qualified pet professionals are available for in-your-home pet services for dogs, cats, birds, fish, rodents, small reptiles, horses, farm animals, and friendly exotics. Brushing, belly rubs, head pats, throwing a ball, and playing tug war are all part of our menu of professional services, at no extra charge.
Tired of coming home to a pet who has shredded your couch and eaten your favorite slippers? Recent studies show that most dogs benefit immeasurably from daily walks. Dogs tend to get bored and restless from insufficient exercise, and may develop all sorts of health and behavioral issues. You can give your pet what they want and desperately need— attention, exercise, and loving care. Unlike the majority of Eastside dog walking companies in Los Angeles who offer pack walking, our pet sitters specialize in private and buddy walks. We feel that this is a safer way to exercise your pet; and most dogs really seem to benefit from the individualized attention. Dogs must be well socialized with other canines to qualify for buddy walks. Dogs that are not good with other dogs, or are leash aggressive can be walked solo for an additional $5. For well-socialized spayed/neutered dogs. With this service your dog is taken out for a couple of hours of fun to a dog friendly location. Very often a couple of hours of doggie wrestling will wear out Fido for the entire day. Discounts offered for multiple dogs in the same household. Like the stars and starlets in LA, your pet deserves the very best and that includes a chauffeur. An independent pet professional in Dog Camp LA’s network will taxi your pets to and from the vet as well as anywhere else they need to go. Rates vary per location. Call for a quote for your area.

Only our best-behaved clientele are invited to come on a beach daytrip. Here’s what a beach day trip entails: Dogs arrive between 10-10:30 am at DCLA and 11:30 am-12:30 pm at Dog Camp Ventura. If you need help with transportation, we can arrange a pet pro to taxi for your pup for $16 each way to DCLA and DCVTA . It is $20 for 2 dogs. Your dog will be taken to the beach and will frolic till your pup is tuckered out. Dogs are given a mid-day snack after a romp at the beach. Dogs are back at DCLA between 3-4:00pm. We can text you with an exact time or we can arrange to have a pet pro taxi them back to your house for $16. If you want to add on daycare at DCLA/DCVTA for the rest of the day, it is only $27 to stay till 6:30pm.
Here are our requirements for dogs who want to come to the beach:
Dogs must be up to date on their flea meds and vaccinations (including lepto, bordatella, and canine influenza). Dogs must be well socialized and friendly with all dogs. (We can arrange a private on leash beach day for your anti-social dog–but other fees will be applied). Dogs who travel from LA must not be prone to carsickness.
Dogs over 50 lbs are $20 extra.

After a long day of work, or an action-packed vacation, how nice would it be to come home to a happy fluffy clean pooch? This helpful service includes round trip transportation to a local groomer as well as a walk upon their return (does not include groomer’s fees). Discounts offered for multiple dogs. Take the worry out of your long work day and or trip and have your cat fed, played with, and pampered! Discounts offered for multiple pets in the house. We also offer subcutaneous fluid administration and other specialty services for senior kitties for extra fees.

All walks are scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Walks that are scheduled under 24 hours are considered same day and will incur a $10 surcharge. 6 hours advance notice is necessary for all cancellations. All major holidays* include a non refundable deposit. See our requirements.
